Sandton City can be found in the Sandton Central Management District and can be accessed easily from the following roads:
- Sandton Drive
- Rivonia Road
- Fifth Street
- Alice Lane
- West Street
To get to Sandton City from the O.R Tambo International Airport:
- · Travel along the R24 towards Johannesburg.
- · Take the N3 offramp; travel along the N3 and then take the Marlboro offramp.
- · Turn left and travel along Marlboro until you reach a T-Junction.
- · Turn left into Katherine Street and travel along this road until Rivonia Road.
- · At this intersection, you will see Sandton City on the opposite corner on the right.
- · Turn into Rivonia Road (right) and turn left after the first traffic light.
Parking information
The shopping mall of Sandton City offers plenty of easily accessible parking spots, with disabled facilities located outside all the centre’s main entrances. Pay stations are situated near each entrance and parking tariffs vary by the hour, although there is a 30 minute drive-through or drop-off grace period. The fee for a lost parking ticket is R50.00.
